Program Director - National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI IOWA)
NAMI IOWA was formed in 1988 by family members of people with serious mental illness who needed help and support. NAMI Iowa is part of a national organization with 50 state chapters and over 600 local affiliates. Iowa currently has 13 local affiliates and nearly 1,000 members.
We are hiring a Program Director to execute on team objectives in alignment with NAMI Iowa mission and vision. The Program Director will be responsible for statewide program training and implementation, non-profit capacity building, conference planning and public safety/justice initiatives throughout the state. The position oversees program administration and program staff, and handles budget tracking, grant writing/ management and data reporting. The Program Director is also responsible for outreach and development of collaborative partnerships with organizational stakeholders.

Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 with individual health and dental insurance paid, short- and long-term disability coverage, retirement plan with employer match, flexible work environment and generous PTO policy.
