MNCASA is hiring - STOP PROJECT MANAGER
The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA) provides leadership and resources for sexual assault programs and allies to prevent sexual violence while promoting a comprehensive, socially just response for all victims/survivors. We support, convene, and collaborate with sexual assault programs, advocates, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers to promote a more victim-centered response to sexual violence, and increase effective criminal justice. Our prevention programs take action before someone is harmed, and we work with policy makers and elected officials for laws and programs that fight sexual violence.
This position is within the Sexual Violence Justice Institute at MNCASA. STOP (Servicers* Training* Officers* Prosecutors) is federal funding from the Office of Violence against Women administered at the state level to support communities in their efforts to develop and strengthen effective responses to violence against women. The position does not directly make decisions around STOP funding but will work with State STOP Administrators, and their grantees, by providing technical assistance, training, and resource development to support improve system response through sexual assault response teams (SARTS). This position works with/in Minnesota and nationally. This position manages and monitors compliance with federal grants. It requires professional work experience in crime victimization, criminal justice, or contracts/grants management.
PAY RANGE: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
