Executive Director search for Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence
The Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV), headquartered in Des Moines, IA, seeks a new Executive Director (full-time/exempt) who is ready to continue the transformation of domestic violence services & response in Iowa into a movement that centers the most marginalized of us, creating the conditions where every person can thrive. As the executive director you will support a team of eleven staff, 22 member programs with technical assistance and support, manage an annual budget of $1.2 million dollars, and engage with countless members, activist, and community members.

ICADV is a state level non-profit organization who has worked to address needs of survivors of domestic violence for more than 35 years, by challenging systems of inequity and developing resources through membership building, training, legislative action, and direct services. ICADV’s primary function is to engage in systems change, develop membership, and provide training and technical assistance to state funded domestic violence and shelter programs. In addition, we facilitate survivor-focused programs including housing & economic justice education and legal assistance to victims. As an organization engaged at the state and national level, we coordinate legislative action at the state level.
