Certification: Sexual Assault Advanced Training Part 1

Formerly known as CORE training. This training is intended for those individuals who have completed the foundational Victim Counselor training and are intending to become a Certified Comprehensive Sexual Assault Advocate (CCSAA) or Certified Sheltering Sexual Assault Advocate (CSSAA).

This is a 2-day in-person training (15 hours).

Day 1: 9am-5pm

Day 2: 9am-5pm

Working with Male-identified Survivors

Nuerobiology of Trauma

Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Vicarious Trauma and Compassion Fatigue

Media Literacy

Community Collaborations

Skill Building
